Skill Based Dropdown Default

I've noticed a lot of users have been selecting Skill Based Progress Monitoring (which is great!) but appear to just be going with Grammar/Usage/Mechanics as it is the default skill selected - they are neglecting to click the dropdown and select a more appropriate skill.
Would it be possible to change the default to "Select a Skill" so that they have to click the dropdown and select the appropriate skill for PM?

In a connect session w/Caldwell County schools, they brought up this concern as well. They were wondering why it was suggesting G/U/M when a student scored lowest in Word Analysis. They didn't realize it was just the default based on alphabetical order. I shared this information with them but they would love to see a forced selector in place to avoid any confusion.

This is still a common issue and a big one that Birmingham City has experienced. Teachers are thinking that if the dropdown is showing G/U/M or Algebra that it must mean that we are suggesting this domain and just going with it. Having a "Select a domain" default would prompt everyone to utilize the dropdown and select the appropriate domain.
