In speaking with Pickens, GA, they would love to have Skill Based PM be the default selection (instead of Curriculum Sampling) when going to starting progress monitoring.

They've had conversations with teachers letting them know they need to switch to Skill Based and select the appropriate domain, but we are noticing that teachers are still just going with the default, which is Curriculum Sampling.

Considering our main suggestion/best practice when we train our districts is to always select Skill Based, it would be awesome to have it as the default selection to avoid teachers starting Curriculum Sampling. This comes up quite often in other district monthly meetings as well.
