Gwinnett requests that the scale score targets that appeared underneath the graph on progress monitoring reports before Phase Change was released be reintegrated into the report. This makes it easier for them to see the targets tied to the specific student (even though these are our time of year targets) and helps them understand the difference between moderate and aggressive ROI.
