Teachers are starting to use custom instruction more and when looking at ToT for a school/grade level, they are only able to see ToT for IL right now in insights.

She is aware you can generate the student usage report to get the real ToT for students, but that report can be difficult to uses when trying to look at a Class/Grade/School level total.
