Add "all" option for PM "Complete this Week" Filter

In progress monitoring, all filters have an "all" option, except for "Complete this week."
In order to show all students again, users must select the "clear filter" option, which then removes all other previously selected filters.
It would be helpful to have an "all" or "clear" option available for the "Complete this week" filter.
From the customer: "when we're trying to compare a grade-level, Mathematics, 'Urgent Intervention', and who's completed this week out of a filter group, then move to another grade-level to make the same comparison, using the 'Clear Filter' requires us to go back and re-select all of those previously mentioned filtering options instead of just one 'All' click. Just looking for better efficiency."
