Newton County Schools has been sharing their demographics data each month and is manually pulling a report to share with us which students have a SpEd designation.

However, the information that their SIS outputs does not match the accepted input values for our file; specifically, race.

To help save them a step, would it be possible to update our accepted input values for Race to include:

W

B

A

I

H

M

W is for White

B is Black or African American

A is Asian

I is American Indian or Alaska Native

H is Hispanic/Latino

M is Two or more races

For Economically Disadvantaged, they show F or R for "yes" as well.
