Q: How difficult would it be to develop an integration allowing 2016-17 Data Export for US/SB to be used to create ILPs for Back-to-School ILPs reeady for Day 1 of school?
I ask because many schools/districts already test so much and many don't even get around to testing w/ US/SB until week 7 or 9 sometimes - others are even later.
It can be done w/ STAR, NWEA MAP, and ACT Aspire.
This capability could provide schools/districts an opportunity to have ILPs available for students they day school begins.
...and, provides a data source for progress-monitoring (on ILPs) from Day 1 as well.

We can presently generate ILP's from Day 1 with ACT Aspire. We used to be able to with NWEA, but with re-alignment changes going on - I feel like that is why we presently can't with the Spring 2017 NWEA data file. I have several districts with ILP's sitting there waiting on their students' first day...

I like this idea because it would also allow those students who are already behind to begin working on skills as soon as they arrive at school. We know that students lose a ton of knowledge over the summer, so for them to start "catching up" up day one/week one would be nice. For those RTI implementations where time is critical, I think this would be great as teachers would love the fact that they are not waiting on a test window.

Kim Ramsey: Thus, begin collecting data on the Day 1 - and, not having to wait on district's to give the nod to allow testing, to then provide an ILP, to then begin monitoring a student's progress.
