I have heard from multiple district leaders that they need a simple way to view district data. They are looking for a view by school, with the option to have data by teacher. This data needs to combine ILP instruction and classroom instruction. One of the reasons they are requesting this report is for school board presentations as well as for monitoring purposes. They are saying that the data export requires multiple steps and is too time consuming. They are looking for a simple report.

We believe that with the addition to the summary by the school in the Data Export Integration should solve the fundamental issue described below. District have the ability to compare student usage and classworks US/SB test scores over a date range. The data is broken out by site and grade. The functionality was released on May 8th to all customers. We have no current plans to build a district usage report due to the technical complexity of the data. We look forward to hearing continued feedback of the data export usage summary for districts.

I agree with Debra. District leads need a quick way to view district data and many lack Excel experience for the Data export. Growth reports are used by district personnel to look at amount of usage and student growth from assessments.

A key request from a district meeting in #WayneCo this morning was for a quick/concise report that displayed school usage information to share and discuss at regular Principal and AP Meetings.
This is definitely a need that our primary district contacts and decision-makers are expressing

I have also had districts ask for this especially now that the end of the year is approaching. Some of them are evaluating usage to share with leadership as they plan for the coming year and their district initiatives/purchases. I have shared with the them data export steps but they want to have quickly demonstrate usage without having to manipulate an Excel document.

I agree. All of my districts have requested this type of report for a multitude of reasons! If districts have more than one school, district level personnel want the capability to monitor all schools and data by one report! The principals are wanting to monitor the data by teacher level - with all of the data reporting (not just ILP's). THANKS SO MUCH for recognizing how much this report is needed!
