Comprehensive Student Report by Class

Teacher requested that we add the option to generate the Comprehensive Student Report by Class. She finds that generating the report by student to be very time consuming.

I am also getting this request a lot, especially when they are thinking about parent conf time. Now that more teachers will be using both instruction AND indiv learning I think it it more relevant to be able to run it by class.

This is a request we have been getting from teachers for quite a while. They find the report very valuable and would like it to more accessible to run for groups of students.
