Assessment Report: Individualized Learning Report

Humble ISD and Caddo Parish are large districts that rely on the Assessment ILP report to assist in grouping students (Selected) and sharing student's data per domain (Individual). Not being able to run this report until the ILP is created hinders this process. Teachers in both districts also like to create ILP's one domain at a time as this enable students to "Finish" and focus on a domain. It also enable teacher to effectively monitor students work. The ability to run this report prior to creating ILP's would be very beneficial.

The Individualized Learning (Grouping) will only use assessment data to group students based on their scores by domain.

This is interesting. It is an ASSESSMENT report. Will having the new buttons to access this data from that tab put this report back in play before the ILP is created? Since it is an assessment report I am wondering why the ILP has to be created to get it. The data already exists. Will this change, Jerry?

Does the Assessment Export to Excel address this issue? Using that we can sort by various columns, rank by overall score or by domain scores, etc. used in conjunction with RTI or Formative Recommendations Reports & the Annual Growth it paints a pretty interesting picture

Hi Lee, it may do that but I hate to ask my districts to do excess Excel manipulation if we can allow them to easily retrieve the results in a report. I know that many of the district leads are so busy that when we tell them what they are asking for requires them to export and manipulate a data file, they tend to not take the time to do it. I was curious if the report could be created in an easy way to help them capture data and then plan accordingly. Thanks for the idea though!

I have had this question in training. Campuses have shared would like to dig into their assessment data and draw conclusions from the report and use those conclusions to drive their initial ILP domain selection because they are addressing deficiencies campus wide.
